ABOUT US
Fabio Frau is a hospitality expert with a passion that dates back to his childhood. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, during which he rose from dishwasher and waiter to head chef in various restaurants, he has learned from the inside out what hospitality truly means and how all parts of an organization come together to create an optimal experience.
After successfully completing hospitality school and a degree in Human Resource Management, he further expanded his knowledge with years of experience in business management and business development. He worked in the financial sector and later in the healthcare sector, where he helped organizations grow and innovate.
His love for hospitality has always remained. That is why Fabio now combines his background in the hospitality industry with his strategic and operational expertise to advise companies on hospitality, customer experience, and organizational development. Additionally, with his experience in coaching and training, he guides teams and leaders to get the best out of themselves and their organization.
